ANNOUNCEMENT: I’m taking a break from The Morning Ritual
I started The Morning Ritual podcast in March 2020 when I lost all of my work as a performing artist and had a lot of time on my hands. I made a commitment to myself to post an episode every single day for six weeks. This not only gave me structure among the uncertainty, but it also gave me the opportunity to help others find more inner stability with short, accessible meditations.
Well… 6 weeks have turned into 4 years!
In 2021, I shared my first interview episode and ever since I've alternated between “meditations and conversations to set the tone for your day". It’s been an incredibly fun and rewarding experience, but I will shortly be taking a break.
There's one more season of The Morning Ritual podcast on the horizon, launching April 1st. Moving forward, my focus will shift towards nurturing The Space, my yoga and meditation studio in London.
To all my Substack subscribers, I'll be taking a temporary pause, but rest assured, I have every intention of reconnecting with this wonderful online community in due time. In the meantime, swing by the studio if you pass through London or reach out to me anytime at lillybalch@gmail.com.
